Jessica Boudreaux worked diligently with us in 2014 to find just the right house for our move back to Shreveport. Although we knew the area she knew the houses and best fit for us given that there were several new neighborhoods since we had moved away. We developed excellent rapport and friendship during our home search then. She was so knowledgeable about the areas we were searching and provided very expert information on the locations builders advantages and disadvantages of the locations. We finally decided on our house and were never disappointed. Jessica and I kept in touch and maintained a friendship over the years. It was never an option to use another agent when we decided to relocate in 2021. I called Jessica and she offered her very expert advice on how to ready my house for market. Again she was extremely helpful in preparing our house for a very different market from the one we experienced in 2014. Her knowledge of the sellers' market other houses listed and how to best present our house in this tight market were spot-on. Her judgement and advice on how to ready the house stage the furniture the timing the preparations etc were always helpful and accurate. Her expertise years of experience knowledge of the electronic documents used the current market and her good judgment and advice during the selling experience were accurate and so essential to us during our selling process. Her dedicated professionalism was always present. Jessica has been my friend over the past seven years but she also is one of the most dedicated hard-working straight-talking and experienced real estate professionals I have known. Her commitment to the goals we set never wavered and her judgment is priceless. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house in Shreveport.

Jessica was VERY patient with us when we were looking for homes. She found us our dream home and was able to help us get it a negotiated lower cost. She then was able to help us sell out previous home and made that as efficient as possible.

When moving to the area, I needed a Buyer's Agent to help me find and negotiate the purchase of a new home while I was still in TX. Jessica was very helpful in handling those details and dealing with the seller, getting all of the ground work covered, i.e. survey, appraiser, title company...Last year we moved again and Jessica was our Seller's Agent. She was very professional, stayed on top of the details, and was a real asset to have on our team.Real Estate is complicated, both buyers and sellers need their own agent to protect their interests. Jessica will remain my agent, no matter which side of the transaction I'm on in the future.
