CB APEX Handyman Service Terms
CB APEX HANDYMAN PROGRAM AGREEMENT - LISTING SIDE
CB Apex Handyman Program agrees to provide the following services, FREE, for as long as your house is on the market and listed with Coldwell Banker Apex.

  • Leaking/Dripping Faucets– Repair is possible. TECH WILL NOT INSTALL NEW FAUCETS and NO replacement of shut off valves.
  • Leaking Shower Head - Only the leak. We do not repair damage resulting from the leak. CB tech will replace shower head if provided.
  • Wall Holes – Caused by door knob intrusions. Tech will install wall shield over hole. No Patching, painting or sheetrock repair.
  • Towel Racks – We will repair loose or removed towel racks where they attach to the wall. We do not replace the towel rack fixture.
  • Light Bulbs – Tech will change hard-to-reach light bulbs, interior and exterior if possible. Light bulbs are not included. No ceiling fan repairs.
  • Electrical Wall Sockets – Tech will repair wall sockets if possible. Repair does not cover code violations or change/replace outlet to G.F.C.I.
  • Interior Light Switches – Tech will repair if possible. Repair does not cover code violations.
  • Leaking Toilets – Tech will repair running toilets which includes supply line at water connection, flappers, fill valve, flush lever handle. No shut off valve replacements. We do not pull toilets.
  • Door Adjustment – We will adjust doors and cabinet doors where possible, within the manufacturer’s allowed ability to do so. Excludes garage doors.
  • Install New Door Locks & Dead Bolts – Must go in existing holes. Techs will not bore hole for locks. Locks are not included.
  • Install Door Knob – Will only change if damaged or broken knobs. No upgrading due to color or style.
  • Install Battery in Smoke Detector – Battery is not included. Does not cover installing new smoke detectors.Will replace with a new unit exactly same as old unit, cannot replace a hardwired unit.
  • Tub and Tile Caulking – Tubs and Tile Silicone only. No Grouting and no exterior or interior caulking of moulding or windows.
  • Change A/C Filters – Filters have to be provided by Seller.

A signed agreement is required and will be provided by your Coldwell Banker Apex associate to enroll in the service. This guarantee covers only the above items, and our techs only do items listed above, if possible. If they cannot make the repair, they will refer clients to a plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter, etc. Parts used from van to be paid at time of service via credit cards. Your property listing agreement with Coldwell Banker Apex must be for a period of not less than 180 days in order to receive the above services. Withdrawal from the market, expiration or termination of the listing agreement shall automatically cancel this agreement. CB APEX REALTORS, LLC reserves the right to modify, change, terminate or otherwise alter the program at any time without prior notice or consent.

CB APEX HANDYMAN PROGRAM AGREEMENT - BUYER SIDE
When you purchase your home through Coldwell Banker Apex, the Apex Handyman Program will provide the following services, FREE, for as long as you own your home!

Outbuildings are not covered. CB APEX REALTORS, LLC reserves the right to modify, change, terminate or otherwise alter the program at any time without prior notice or consent.
